2017 Summer Total Hockey Development Program

     The Boston Junior Rangers (BJR) and Breakaway Total Hockey Training (BTHT) are excited to announce our summer training program that will run from June 26th-August 16th

This program will run twice a week, each session includes a 50 or 60 minute on-ice skills session followed by a 45 minute off-ice workout. The off-ice workout will also consist of a Functional Movement Screen before the first workout (Dates TBD) that is a great assessment tool that provides the athlete with immediate feedback. Our program is welcome to 01-08 birthyears and all abilities are welcome.

On the ice, we provide high energy and positive instruction with challenging and progressive drills geared toward consistent development. The goal is to push each player out of their comfort zone and them to a new level. In the gym, we provide hands on, interactive coaching and a great experience for each player. This Program will be run by BJR's Head of Hockey Development Ryan Blair. Ryan is a former collegiate (UMass Lowell) and professional hockey player who is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Monday's - Gym 5:15pm-6:00pm - 
Ice 6:10pm-7:10 pm
Wednesday’s - Ice 5:00-5:50pm - Gym 6:15-7:00pm
