Our shooting and scoring clinic is a 4-day program that will help expand each player’s shooting, scoring and overall offensive skills. This clinic will elevate your love for possessing and attacking with the puck. We provide positive instruction and push you outside your comfort zone to bring your confidence up and push your offensive skills to a new level. Our staff will bring a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm to each session that will create a great learning environment for each player. We will pay close attention to details and use progressive drills that will push you to bring your game to a new level. This clinic is open to 02-07 birth year players. The clinic will run Monday (7/24), Wednesday-Friday (7/26-7/28) with an 80 minute on-ice session starting at 8:00AM each day.

Head Instructor: Ryan Blair – Blair was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He played 3 years of junior hockey - 2 years in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and 1 year in the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL) with the Foxboro Stars. After his junior hockey career Blair went on to play Division 1 hockey in Hockey East for UMass Lowell. The defenseman was named an assistant captain in his senior year. After graduating in 2011 he went on to play two and a half years of professional hockey in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). Blair takes pride in working hard and leading by example. Coach Blair is entering his first year as the Head of Hockey Development with the Boston Junior Rangers Youth Program. Blair brings a passion for the game and a positive attitude to help bring each player to a new level.
Instructor: Derek Arnold - The crafty and skilled forward from Foxboro, Massachusetts was a member of the Boston Junior Bruins (EJHL) and Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League (USHL) for two seasons each. After his junior hockey campaign, he went on to play Division 1 hockey in Hockey East for UMass-Lowell. At UMass-Lowell, Arnold played in 154 games over his four-year career, totaling 98 points (43g-55a). Following Umass-Lowell, Arnold played 1 year in the top professional league in Norway. He has played the last two years in the ECHL with the Manchester Monarchs and South Carolina Stingrays. During the last couple years Arnold has also been called up on different occasions to the American Hockey League (AHL). Derek brings great hockey experience and a great offensive mind to our clinic that will help develop our players to a new level.
Instructor: Josh Holmstrom – Josh grew up and played his youth hockey in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After playing Tier 1 U18 in Colorado he went on to play two years in the USHL for the Sioux Falls Stampede. Over that two-year span, Holmstrom had 68 pts in 119 games played. He was named an assistant captain his 2nd year. Josh went on to play Division 1 hockey in Hockey East for UMass-Lowell. At UMass-Lowell, Holmstrom tallied 74 points (31g, 43a) in 154 career games. He served as team captain during his senior campaign and helped lead the River Hawks to back-to-back Hockey East tournament titles. Following Umass-Lowell Holmstrom has played 3 years of professional hockey split between over 70 games in the AHL and over 120 games in the ECHL. Holmstrom brings great hockey experience and is an extremely hard working player and person. He will be a great role model for all players in our clinic and will help develop players to a new level.
